Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the entireity of northeast BC.

Residents in the north Peace, south Peace, and Northern Rockies are cautioned about the potential for severe thunderstorms on Friday.

An unstable airmass will combine with a low pressure trough creating the potential for severe thunderstorms. It has the risk of large hail, high winds, and torrential rains.
